Casa das Portas is a Guesthouse (alojamento local) located in Azinhaga, the land where José Saramago was born, Nobel Prize for Literature, in the municipality of Golegã, national capital of the Horses, and on the central route of the Portuguese Way to Santiago de Compostela.

The facilities include rooms with a simple and modern design, all with a spacious private bathroom and a dorm, perfect for groups of travelers.

In addition to the dining and social space, we also have an outdoor pool, a play space for children integrated in our biological farm where they can have contact with the various agricultural products and fruits that we produce on farm.

The space is very quiet but easily accessible, privileging natural light, with fantastic views over the Ribatejo lezíria. We have free wi-fi in all areas and several activities available such as bike rides, horse riding, visits to parks, etc.
